National Tire & Brake (NTB) Auto Service Center, Lexington, KY
For a new National Tire & Brake store, located on about 3/4-acres in Lexington, KY, GRW provided a site investigation report, minor amended development plan and construction documents, as well as construction administration. The work included design for a topographic survey, site layout plan, grading and drainage, as well as site utilities.
A one-story retail store, previously situated on the property, was demolished before work on the NTB store began.
