A. Kenton County Fiscal Court (Owner) is soliciting lump-sum bids for furnishing labor,

materials, and performing all work for the Kenton County, Independence Courthouse Clerk

Area Renovation. The Project consists of but is not limited to selective demolition, concrete

masonry units, structural steel lintels, service desk mill work, aluminum / glass service

windows / doors / hardware, interior finishes, service window blinds, and other work indicated

in the Contract Documents, as set forth in the Construction Documents prepared by the

Architect.

B. Bids will be received as stated below:

Date & Time: July 23, 2020 2:00PM. Eastern Time and then at said office, publicly

opened and read aloud.

C. A formal pre-bid meeting will be conducted on July 16, 2020 at 10:00AM. Eastern Time at

the Kenton County, Independence Courthouse, 5272 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051

to allow prospective bidders the opportunity to examine the exisitng building and conditions.

D. Printed Procurement and Contracting Documents: Obtain on or after July 13, 2020, by

contacting GRW’s Online Plan Room (http://www.grwinc.com/plan-room). Documents will be

provided to prime bidders only; only complete sets of documents will be issued. Procurement

of documents from GRW is required to Bid on the project. Electronic and Hard Copy Set Cost:

$170.00, payable on the GRW Online Plan Room.
