Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract 92 – Penfield Tank Pressure Reducing Valve Vault Replacement project consisting of replacing the existing below grade Penfield Tank Pressure Reducing Valve Vault with a new above grade pre‐manufactured building that would contain the pressure reducing control valve, piping, valves, and HVAC together with all related work as specified and shown on the Drawings will be received by Rural Lorain County Water Authority, 42401 State Route 303, LaGrange, OH 44050 until 12:00 Noon (local time) on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, and then at said office opened and publicly read aloud.

The BIDDING DOCUMENTS, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Bid, Bid Bond, Agreement, Notice of Award form, Notice to Proceed form, Construction Performance Bond, Construction Payment Bond, Sample Certificate of Insurance form, Application for Payment form, General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, Change Order form, Technical Specifications,

Addenda, and Drawings, may be examined at the following locations:

Copies of the BIDDING DOCUMENTS must be obtained at the office of GRW, Inc. (the "Issuing Office"), through their Digital Plan Room at http://www.grwinc.com/plan‐room. Cost per set is $180.00. Said cost includes one (1) full‐size paper copy set and one (1) digital (.pdf) copy set. Payment is not refundable. Bidding Documents shall be shipped via UPS Ground service. OVERNIGHT DELIVERY via UPS or FedEx of the Bidding Documents shall only be made using recipient’s billing account number. Bids from anyone not on the Issuing Office’s Plan Holders List will be returned unopened.

All booster pumping/control valve system manufacturers shall be required to provide with their Bids a complete design with construction ready plans and equipment submittals as outlined in the "Section

002113 ‐ Instruction to Bidders" and "Section 331225 – Modular Pressure Reducing Station" sections.
