This year's KY/TN Water Professionals Conference (WPC) is here.

Activities start Sunday, July 17 and continue through Wednesday, July 20 in Lexington, KY.

The WPC is one of the largest water sector events in the region. The event joins the Kentucky/Tennessee Section of the American Water Works Association (KY/TN Section AWWA) and the Clean Water Professionals of Kentucky & Tennessee (CWP-KT) as they present technical programming, special events for young professionals, more Next Round Brewing, and networking opportunities galore.

GRW employees presenting as part of the WPC22 technical program are as follows:

  • Monday, July 18 | 1:30 – 2 p.m. | Meeting Room 5:  Joe Henry, PE, and our client, Steve Cole, PE, with the City of Ashland will lead a presentation about the City's water treatment plant.
  • Tuesday, July 19 | 10:30 – 11 a.m. | Meeting Room 4: Nicholas Gunselman, PE; Adalyn Haney, PE, LEED AP, & Joe Pavoni, PE, LEED AP, Assoc. DBIA, all based in GRW's Louisville office, will discuss Kentucky’s first local government P3 (public-private partnership) - the design and construction of the City of Brandenburg's water resource recovery facility.
  • Tuesday, July 19 | 11 – 11:30 a.m. | Meeting Room 6: Monty Maynard, PE, LEED AP BD+C, with Ashland’s Steve Cole, will lead a discussion about the new SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) system at City’s water treatment plant.

We look forward to seeing you there!
