Georgetown College iHigh Field

GRW and Vescio’s SportsFields were the design-build team for the newly renovated iHigh Field at Georgetown College in Scott County, KY. This project consisted of the removal of the college’s existing synthetic football field and replacement with a new synthetic turf field. The new field, which has a synthetic surface area of 90,968 square feet) is home for the Georgetown College and Scott County High School football and soccer teams. The synthetic surface was designed utilizing the existing subdrain system and the addition of a perimeter drain around the expanded field.  A fast-track design/build project delivery was utilized to meet the client's goal of using the new surface in the 2012 season.
