GRW has prepared site development documents for more than 50 Chick-fil-A restaurants in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee. Work typically includes coordination with local planning and zoning, public works, utility companies and governing highway agencies; construction documents for site infrastructure including grading, utilities and stormwater management; acquisition of applicable permits; and stormwater pollution prevention plans.
Stormwater management, typically a major project component, often includes stormwater detention. In addition to detention, solutions have often encompassed innovative strategies including pervious pavements, rain gardens, and bioswales to minimize the stormwater impact to adjacent properties.
