Sealed Bids for the construction of the Water Modernization Project, Contract 2 Transmission Main consisting of 13,680 linear feet of 12” diameter polyvinyl chloride (PVC) water main, 50 linear feet of 12” ductile iron water main, 100 linear feet of horizontal directional drilled water main, 215 linear feet of PVC water main installed via bore & jack, and eight (8) air-release valves together with all related work as specified and shown on the Drawings will be received by Irvine Municipal Utilities on behalf of the City of Irvine at IMUs offices located at 238 Broadway Street, Irvine, KY 20336 until 3:15pm (local time) Thursday, June 21, 2018, and then at said office opened and publicly read aloud.

Please submit questions in writing to the project manager, Mr. David Osborne, PE at this email address; The deadline for questions is Thursday, June 14, 2018 at COB.

The engineer’s estimate for this project (Contract 2) is $1,590,000.
