After winning a Grand Award from ACEC-KY, Sanitation District No. 1's Western Regional Water Reclamation Facility (WRWRF) is moving on to the National ACEC Engineering Excellence Award competition in April. The WRWRF was one of six ACEC of Kentucky EEA winners.
