Berea College Indoor Practice Facility

GRW completed preliminary design and estimating services for an indoor practice facilities for use by softball, baseball, and soccer teams. Following fund raising and funding phase, GRW completed design-build bridging documents.  The project was bid design-build and is going into construction.
 
The proposed facility will be a 135-foot by 75-foot, pre-engineered metal building including a concrete floor slab. Features include compression turf, batting cages, and an open practice area. Other items provided in design are restrooms and storage areas, as well as heating, ventilation, and LED lighting.
